Registration for the 2018 ASCP Annual Meeting will open in December 2017!

The ASCP Annual Meeting will be held at the Loews Miami Beach in Miami Beach, Florida from May 28 – June 1, 2018!  ASCP Members do receive a discount on the annual meeting registration.  If interested in becoming a member, you will have the opportunity to apply for membership during the registration process.

♦ The NIA Alumni rate is only valid for 7 years after the NIA  award is received.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Meeting registration refunds in writing will be accepted until April 28, 2017. A $75 cancellation fee will be assessed.  Refunds are processed within 30 days after receiving a written request. No refunds will be given after April 28, 2017.

Registration Descriptions

ASCP Member:

  • ASCP Full Membership is limited to physician practitioners of psychopharmacology (M.D. or D.O.) and holders of other doctoral degrees who are investigators of clinical psychopharmacology or pharmacology.
  • Associate Membership is offered to clinicians or clinician/researchers (non-M.D.; non-D.O.; non-Ph.D.) in the field.

Academic / Government is for those attendees who are employed by an academic institution or a government agency.

Clinician is for attendees who are full-time practicing clinicians in a private practice or not-for-profit organization.

Industry is for attendees who are part-time or full-time employees with a for-profit research organization.

Fully Retired is for attendees that do not see patients and have no income from other sources (including honoraria from companies, etc.).

New Investigator Alumni is for past New Investigator Awardees.

Trainee and Student registration is for those attendees who are in a training position (not a full time permanent position). To qualify for the Trainee / Student rate, the attendee MUST submit a letter from their training director or department head verifying that they are in an approved psychiatric residency program with a specified end date.
